Summer Learning Journey:Week 3 - Day 4 Activity 2

In my family, to stay healthy I just go and do some exercise by playing some basketball with my brothers for a couple of hours, this also helps with my ball skills.  I also just go and play around with my friends who lives close by, like my friend Sateki. Whenever I see him at the park, we'd always play around the park and the courts. I'm also trying to eat less junk food, and more healthy foods.

    Great to see you blogging! I also like playing basketball but mostly rugby. What other things does your family do to stay healthy and strong? Shower, go to sleep early or other things.
