   Technology  26/9/18                                                                             Today me and Fiapo made a quiche,

Ingredients: Ham,Cheese,4 eggs,pastry and 1/2 cup of Milk.

 The Equipment that you need is: Knife,Baking tray,steel bowl, bowl, whisk, spoon.

   

1st Step: Get your baking tray and then your pastry, your pastry should be in a square shape so you can cut it into circles with your shape maker.

Step 2: Get 4 eggs and crack them into a steel bowl and Put the pastry into the baking tray, then slice and dice your ham and put it into the bowl with the eggs. as well as the cheese.

Step 3: Get a whisk, then whisk it all together. then you put them into you pastry inside the baking tray, put it in the oven and put the oven on 200.
