5 Things to help keep safe from the sun.

1.Sun screen

2.Sun hat

3.Beach umbrella(When you go to the beach, for like shade)

4.Sun glasses

5.Stay inside(If you don't want skin cancer stay inside or go to the pools with shade)

  1. Hey Jerome, it's Billy again. I see you are still working hard and completing lots of activities. You also seem to be putting in a lot of effort with each activity and not just trying to do them as fast as possible, so well done!

    Thank you for sharing five ideas about how people can stay smart in the sun this summer.

    It's often a good idea to stay inside during the hottest part of the day - usually between 11am and 4pm.

    It was interesting when I moved over here to London in June. It was the middle of summer but the hottest part of the day, for some reason, was 5pm. I always found that so strange. The sun would set late, like New Zealand, at about 9pm.

    Why do you think that was?
