1.Hillary Clinton was part of a young Republican group and in 1964 she campaigned for the Republican Presidential nominee Barry Goldwater. She later switched to the Democratic Party in 1968

2.Hillary was part of the presidential impeachment inquiry of President Richard Nixon.
As a young attorney in 1974, Hillary worked for John Doar, who was the Special Counsel to the Judiciary Committee of the US House of Representatives, he was in charge of inquiry considering to impeach Richard Nixon during the Watergate Scandal.

3.Hillary was the first woman from Arkansas to be First Lady of the United States.
As the 44th First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton was the first woman to have also been the First Lady of the State of Arkansas. Her husband Bill is also the only president of the United States from Arkansas.
