S.L.J D.7 Bonus Activity

I think that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it is healthy and you can lose weight just by eating healthy and then you will be all good.

    I like that you have tackled the bonus activity for Day #7. It is a challenging activity because it really asks you to think critically and carefully about a topic.

    In this case, I agree with you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives us the energy that we need to move around and to think clearly. If I don't eat breakfast I often feel a bit groggy and I don't think as quickly or as well. Sometimes I even make mistakes or lose my patience and get upset about little things!

    Fortunately, my son (Aronui) loves to make breakfast and he often prepares my cereal for me in the morning. My favourite breakfast is muesli, fruit and yoghurt. What are your favourite breakfast foods? If you could eat anything that you wanted for breakfast what would you have?

    Now that we've been blogging about food, I can tell that I'm hungry! I think that I better go and grab some lunch :)

    1. Yeah I agree with you and I would just have pancakes with syrup.What do I do now because I'm finished the whole thing.

      Other than that thank you for the comment and I hope you will be able to check my blog soon enough and tell me what is wrong with it so I can fix it up.
